The method comprises the steps of importing a BIM model manufactured through modeling tool software into a BIM system platform and the software; installing a movable remote video monitoring device at a place where live-action roaming needs to be realized; periodically adopting equipment with a panoramic shooting function to carry out panoramic shooting on a place where live-action roaming needs to be realized; opening the BIM model, associating a corresponding remote video monitoring device at a place where live-action roaming needs to be realized, and uploading a corresponding panoramic shot picture; through a BIM model display function, viewing a panoramic shot real scene at a designated position, and performing real scene roaming viewing; and through a BIM model display function, starting a remote video monitoring device whichneeds to realize a live-action roaming position, and carrying out comparative roaming on the BIM model and a panoramic shot live-action. According to the scheme, personnel of related units can conveniently and visually check the live-action pictures of the construction site, and the workload and potential safety hazards are reduced.
