The invention discloses a retention time restoration method and system based on automatic assessment and establishment time margin, and a medium. The method comprises the following steps of extractinga starting point, an end point and a retention time violation amount of each path under each process corner in an input retention time violation report; extracting an end point list of each path fromthe retention time violation report, and obtaining the worst actual establishment time looseness; calculating an estimated establishment time margin after finishing the maintenance time of the end point; selecting the worst condition of each terminal point; and calculating the repairable quantity of each end point and determining the type and number of units inserted before the end point for repairing the engineering refurbishment command violated by the retention time and outputting the engineering refurbishment command. By analyzing the establishment time margin and the violation conditionof the retention time, the command can be quickly outputted to repair the retention time and ensure that the establishment time is not influenced.
