The invention relates to the field of mine water treatment, and discloses a method for mine water transfer storage. The method comprises the following steps that after the approximate position of a target layer is determined, a suitable position in a working surface roadway is selected, and an exploration hole is formed in a general orientation towards the target layer; water samples and rock samples of each rock formation are sampled and analyzed through the exploration hole; a water injection hole is formed towards the target layer near the exploration hole, and a water discharge test and awater pressure test are performed on the exploration hole and the water injection hole; and according to the test results of the sampling analysis, the water discharge test and the water pressure test, the precise position of the target layer is determined, and a plurality of new water injection holes are formed in the working face roadway towards the target layer to recharge mine water of a working face to the target layer. The method effectively reduces the treatment cost of the mine water, the groundwater resources of a mining area and the ecological environment of the mining area are protected, the water inrush disaster of a mine is reduced, and comprehensive technical guarantee is provided for the safe production of the mine and the ecological environment protection of the mining area.
