The invention discloses an indirect-heating compound-roasting and nickel-cobalt floating enriching method for laterite nickel ores. The indirect-heating compound-roasting and nickel-cobalt floating enriching method comprises the following steps: (1) performing indirect-heating compound-roasting: feeding pellets into an indirect heating and roasting furnace to roast at a temperature of 900-1100 DEGC, wherein reaction time lasts for 30-90 minutes; (2) performing roasted product cooling and ore-grinding: cooling a roasted ball obtained in step (1) to a temperature lower than 200 DEG C, and performing wet-type core-grinding and grading until the grain size is smaller than 200 meshes; (3) floating and enriching nickel and cobalt: dosing and stirring a graded product obtained in step (2), and adopting an open or closed-loop floating process to enrich nickel and cobalt; and (4) performing flue gas treatment and utilization: effectively recycling beneficial components of furnace hearth flue gas, and sufficiently utilizing flue gas waste heat of a flame path. A reaction atmosphere needed for laterite nickel ore chloridizing segregation reaction can be effectively controlled by adopting anindirect-heating compound-roasting-floating process, so that waste heat is utilized sufficiently, and consumption of a chlorinating agent is low, and therefore, efficient, economical, environment-friendly and large-scale development and utilization of laterite nickel ores can be realized.
