The invention relates to an analysis method and device for a double-bearing-cable multi-gear freight cableway. The analysis method comprises the steps of obtaining the basic parameters of the double-bearing-cable multi-gear freight cableway; determining a nonlinear equation set of the double-carrier-cable multi-gear freight cableway according to the basic parameters of the double-carrier-cable multi-gear freight cableway; and obtaining the analysis data of the double-carrier-cable multi-gear freight cableway by using the nonlinear equation set. The method is suitable for the accurate calculation of the overall structure of the double-bearing-cable cableway, the bearing performance of the double-bearing-cable freight cableway can be mastered more comprehensively, and a theoretical basis isprovided for the design and the equipment type selection of the freight cableway.
