The invention discloses a method for quickly evaluating the stability of an electrode slurry of a lithium ion battery. The method comprises: S1, taking a uniform electrode slurry and placing the slurry in a rheometer test slot and testing a rheological behavior of the electrode slurry under the condition of changing a shearing rate in an ascending order to obtain a rheological curve A; S2, testingthe rheological behavior of the electrode slurry in the test slot after testing in the S1 under the condition of changing the shearing rate in a descending order to obtain a rheological curve B; andS3, analyzing the overlapping performance of the rheological curve A and the rheological curve B and determining the stability of the electrode slurry. The disclosed method has advantages of simple and rapid operation, short test time, accurate test result, and high practicability.
