The invention discloses a corrosion-resistant Teflon environmental-protection paint formula, wherein the components comprise, by mass, 10-13% of polytetrafluoroethylene, 3-5% of an aqueous amino resin, 6-9% of an epoxy resin, 2-4% of a polyurethane resin, 8-10% of butyl acetate, 9-13% of rosin water, 1-3% of talc powder, 12-16% of modified maleic acid, and the balance of water. The invention further discloses a preparation process of the corrosion-resistant Teflon environmental-protection paint, wherein the preparation process comprises: 1, material preparing, 2, mixing, 3, modified maleic acid solution preparing, 4, secondary mixing, and 5, filtration. According to the present invention, the aqueous amino resin, the epoxy resin and the polyurethane resin are used, and different treatmentsare performed, such that the compactness of the molecular structure of the product is increased so as to improve the corrosion resistance of the product; and the used raw materials are non-toxic materials, and have characteristics of environmental protection and no pollution.
