The invention discloses an embedded microwave cyclic adsorption-desorption column, comprising an adsorption-desorption column main body and a bottom fixing tripod. The side surface of the lower part of the main body is provided with a gas inlet. A material separating screen is disposed above the gas inlet in the main body. A supporting plate is disposed at the bottom of the material separating screen. The top of the main body is provided with a filler port, a gas outlet and a spare port. The bottom of the main body is provided with a dreg discharging port and a vacuum desorption port connectedto a vacuum pump. The side surface of the lower part of the main body is provided with a material discharging port above the material separating screen. A plurality of temperature sensing points aredisposed in the main body. A microwave heater is mounted in the main body in a horizontal embedded manner or a longitudinal embedded manner. The adsorption-desorption column increases the desorption efficiency and desorption effects through a composite desorption manner combining embedded microwave heating and vacuumization, and occupies a space smaller than the space occupied by an existing microwave desorption device.
