The guiding device for the reactor control rod bundle is characterized by comprising a shell and a core body arranged insidethe shell, wherein the core body comprises a bottom plate, a plurality of integrated guiding plates, a plurality of integrated guiding pipes and a plurality of fixing plates; the integrated guiding plates are longitudinally arranged on the bottom plate and are oppositely arranged; the integrated guiding pipes are longitudinally arranged on the bottom plate, are spaced from the guiding plates andare parallel to one another; the fixing plates are arranged on the guiding plates and the guiding pipes longitudinally at intervals in a sleeving manner, are used for fixing the guiding plates and theguiding pipes, and carries out total travel guiding on the control rod bundle, the circumstance that the control rod bundle is blocked or even jammed when passing through the guiding plates or/and the guiding pipes is avoided, abrasion of the control rod bundle is relieved, and an anti-rotation function of a lead screw roller nut type driving mechanism at any point in a process of lifting the control rod bundle can be fulfilled; and thus, collision friction between the control rod bundle and the guiding device is prevented, and safety control on a reactor is enhanced.
