The invention discloses a system for separating CO2 from flue gas of a coal-fired power plant. The system comprises at least one conveying device, wherein the conveying device comprises a conveyer belt; at least part of the conveyer belt is located in a flue pipe; an absorbent is arranged on the conveyer belt; a moving direction of the conveyer belt is perpendicular to a flue gas flowing direction; a flue gas inlet of the flue pipe is connected with a gas outlet of the wet desulfurization system; and the absorbent is at least one of sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate and trona. The system for separating CO2 from flue gas of the coal-fired power plant carries the solid absorbent to pass through the flue pipe by utilizing a plurality of belt pulleys and adopts a simple reactor; the existing flue pipe can be reformed to reduce investment and occupied area and have less influence on the existing system; and the absorbent is recycled as the absorbent, has no risk of evaporation loss during regeneration and is high in recovery rate.
