The invention discloses a loop-adjustable soft tissue suspension fixing system which comprises a titanium plate, a braided wire and a pulling wire, wherein two central holes are formed on a central position of the titanium plate; pulling holes are formed on the two ends of the titanium plate; one end of the braided wire is penetrated into one central hole and stretches out from the other central hole, and then passes through the other end of the braided wire; a crossing structure is formed on one side of the titanium plate; a coil structure is formed on the other side of the titanium plate; the pulling wire passes through any one of the pulling holes. The invention also provides a suspension fixing method which comprises the following steps: penetrating one end of the braided wire into onecentral hole and out from the other central hole, and then guiding one end of the braided wire to pass through the other end of the braided wire; forming the crossing structure on one side of the titanium plate and forming the coil structure on the other side of the titanium plate; adjusting the size of the coil structure by pulling the two ends of the braided wire; knotting the braided wire on the position of the crossing structure and preventing the braided wire from loosing after adjusting the coil structure; penetrating the pulling wire into any one of the pulling holes and sewing.
