The present invention provides a method and apparatus for producing a polarized resin film. The method for producing the polarized resin film includes a step A of charging a non-polarized resin film directly placed on the ground electrode by corona treatment using a first electrode to which an applied voltage is applied between the ground electrodes, and attaching the non-polarized resin film to the ground electrode by static electricity; and a step B of polarizing non-polarized resin film attached to the ground electrode by corona treatment using a second electrode to which an applied voltageis applied between the ground electrodes.
