The invention discloses a method of using red mud for comprehensively recovering low-melting-point metals, iron and vanadium and cementation formation of molten slag. The method comprises the following processing steps that mixing the dewatered and dried red mud with a solid carbonaceous reducing agent and a slagging agent, directly blowing to a vortex center of a vortex stirring fusion reductionhigh-temperature furnace without sintering, and carrying out vortex stirring and melting at 1400-1600 DEG C for 10-60 minutes; obtaining vanadium-containing water and molten slag, and overflowing andseparating the vanadium-containing water and the molten slag correspondingly; carrying out oxygen blowing on the vanadium-containing molten iron to separate out vanadium slag and molten iron; adding ferrochrome and ferromanganese into the molten iron and directly smelting into a cast iron type wear-resistant alloy; entering flue gas dust collecting and recycling process in the reducing process ofthe low-melting-point metal sodium, potassium and gallium; after adjusting the molten slag in a vortex stirring high-temperature furnace to enable the molten slag to meet the requirement of cement, and then directly cooling, crushing and grinding the molten slag to form cement clinker. According to the method, the total recovery rate of the low-melting-point metal the sodium, the potassium and thegallium is 95% or above, the recovery rate of the iron reaches 90% or above, the recovery rate of the vanadium reaches 90% or above, and the utilization rate of the red mud is up to 100%.
