The invention provides an IEC61850 control service consistency test method and device based on a test script, and belongs to the field of server consistency test. The test method comprises the following steps: analyzing a test script, namely detecting configuration information of the test script, and reading a value of a control object and a value of a control mode in the configuration information; and executing the test case. The method comprises the following steps: according to a value of a control object, mapping corresponding pressing plates in a pressing plate data set or mapping corresponding data of a logic node as an actual control object; and reading the actual state of the actual control object, and issuing a corresponding control command in combination with the actual state ofthe actual control object and the value of the control mode. The value of the control object and the value of the control mode in the test script configuration information can be mapped to the actualcontrol object and the control command truly issued only when the test case is executed, and therefore the test script configuration information is more concise and has higher applicability and expandability.
