本发明公开了一种高强度弹性布料及生产工艺，布料由以下重量份的原料制成：腈纶40-50份、聚芳醚砜7-14份、纳米弹性体复合纤维1-3份、竹原纤维2-4份、奥米矿物纤维1-4份、蒙脱石粉末4-10份、甲壳素纤维2-5份、阻燃涤纶纤维3-7份、纤维素酶溶液3-9份、二氧化钛1-2份，本发明生产工艺简单，制得的布料具有强度高、弹性好、柔韧性好，此外，还具有优异的耐磨、阻燃、抗菌、抗拉性能，提高了手感舒适性。

The invention discloses a high-strength elastic cloth and a production technique thereof. The high-strength elastic cloth is made from, by weight part, 40-50 parts of acrylic fiber, 7-14 parts of polyether sulfone, 1-3 parts of nano elastomer composite fiber, 2-4 parts of raw bamboo fiber, 1-4 parts of Naomi mineral fiber, 4-10 parts of montmorillonite powder, 2-5 parts of chitin fiber, 3-7 partsof flame-retardant polyester fiber, 3-9 parts of a cellulase solution, and 1-2 parts of titanium dioxide. The production technique is simple; the produced cloth herein has high strength, good elasticity and good flexibility, as well as excellent wear resistance, flame retardance, bacterial resistance and tensile strength, and better hand feeling.
