本发明涉及一类具有式I结构的脲和硫脲结构的有机小分子化合物与合成方法及其应用。体外抗肿瘤活性试验证明具有较好的抗肿瘤生物活性，是潜在的抗肿瘤小分子药物。本发明产物可以作为模板有机小分子合成多样性小分子化合物库。此类化合物合成步骤包括：第一步，苯肼的合成；第二步，异氰酸酯、异硫氰酸酯的合成；第三步，第一步和第二步产物反应合成脲或硫脲。
摘要（英）：
The invention relates to an organic small molecular compound comprising urea and thiourea structures in a formula I and a synthesis method and application of the compound. According to in-vitro antitumor activity tests, the compound has high antitumor activity and is a potential antitumor small molecular medicine. A product is capable of serving as a template for synthesis of organic small molecules to achieve a diversified small molecular compound library. The synthesis method includes steps: step one, phenylhydrazine synthesis; step two, isocyanate and isothiocyanate synthesis; step three, urea or thiourea synthesis through reaction of products in the step one and the step two.
