The invention provides preparation and antitumor activity study of a kind of polysaccharide drug composite nanoparticles. The preparation specifically includes utilizing ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide as a main chain and using a compound of norcantharidin (NCTD), doxorubicin (DOX) and (Z)-diamminedichloroplatinum for covalent bonding to prepare the low-toxic composite nanoparticles (GLP-NCTD-DOX-CIS-Pt) to improve the anticancer effect of a drug. Determination of the cell lethal number (IC50) shows that the composite nanoparticles have strong killing and inhibition capability against lung cancer cells, reaching 7.4 [mu]g/mL. The ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide is used as a main body to modify and bond small molecules of drugs and provide a new idea for modification and application of highly toxic anticancer drugs.
