The invention discloses an experiment device and method for testing approach behavior of fishes on a bubble curtain and lamplight. The experiment device comprises an experiment water groove, wherein the inner part of the experiment water groove is separated into a plurality of channels with a U-shaped section through a plurality of flow splitting piers; a bubble pipe is arranged at the bottom of the experiment water groove; a flashing lamp belt is mounted on a vertical side wall of each channel; the bubble pipe is connected with an air supply pump through an air conveying pipe; an interceptingnet and a rectifying grid are arranged at the front end of the experiment water groove. The experiment device can be used for researching physiological response mechanisms of the fishes on a couplingeffect of various different factors and is applied to researches of basic ethology of the fishes.
