By the method, safe and stable running of the AC-DC system to which ultrahigh-voltage layered direct current is accessed is ensured, the most excellent falling point to which the layered direct current is accessed is selected according to the DC short-circuit ratio, and a planning and running judgment basis is provided for an electrician.
