The invention provides a method for establishing a zebrafish ischemic stroke model, and an application and evaluation method of using the zebrafish ischemic stroke model to screen or evaluate a stroketherapeutic agent. The zebrafish ischemic stroke model provided by the invention selects a specific inducer and a zebrafish in developmental stage for modeling, and the modeling is feasible, which can accurately reflect the true condition of the drug in the body, and can realize the high-throughput screening or evaluation of the therapeutic effect of the drug on ischemic stroke; therefore, the invention has the advantages of reliability, rapidity, high efficiency, low cost, high cost performance, and the like; and the invention significant.
