The invention provides a range-extendable loading device for a foundation upward-pulling load test and a loading method of the range-extendable loading device. The range-extendable loading device comprises a force-transmitting screw (12), a lower jacking plate (4), an upper jacking plate (7), a force-transmitting crossbeam set (3), a flange plate (15), a jacking part (B) and a screw nut matched with the force-transmitting screw (12) for use; and a range-extending part (C) is additionally arranged on the force-transmitting screw (12) and used for increasing the range of a test foundation. According to the range-extendable loading device, the range-extending part (C) is additionally arranged on the force-transmitting screw (12), in the operation process of the loading device, the foundationis always in a loading state, and the requirements for the static load test for monotone increasing pulling of the foundation are met; in the range-extending operation process of the loading device, through the loading device, an operator only needs to twist the nut, and thus the workload and the time are saved; and it is ensured that the operator only conducts operation outside the loading device, and thus the potential safety hazard that the limbs of the operator enter a traditional loading device is avoided.
