The invention provides an operator permission verification method and device, equipment and a system. The method comprises the steps that operation information of an operator is acquired, wherein theoperation information comprises a face image of the operator and a cabinet number; according to the face image, identification information of the operator is recognized; the operation information is compared with comparison information recorded in an operation work order; and if the operation information conforms to the comparison information, a voice prompt is sent out to remind the operator to continue operation.
