The invention provides an experimental device for simulating double-pipe interference dynamic response under the effect of oblique uniform flow, which comprises a top motion module, a pretension adjusting module, a double-pipe relative position adjusting module, a vertical pipe end adjusting module, a deep sea riser group module, a measurement analysis module and a bottom movement module. The topmotion module is fixed on a horizontal trailer and is connected with the pretension adjusting module in the vertical direction. Two ends of the deep sea riser module are sequentially connected with ariser end part adjusting module and a double-pipe relative position adjusting module, and the bottom end part double-pipe relative position adjusting module is connected with the bottom motion module.The measurement analysis module is fixed on a support frame of the top motion module, and the bottom motion module is fixed on a lifting false bottom of the water pool. The experimental device for simulating double-pipe interference dynamic response under the effect of oblique uniform flow has the advantages of simple structure, fast and convenient working condition change in the experimental process, high flexibility, simplicity and easiness in operation and accuracy in measurement, and can truly simulate the situation that the riser is placed in the oblique uniform flow, and further analyzethe double-pipe interference vortex excitation dynamic response under the effect of oblique uniform flow.
