The preparation method comprises the following steps: stirring waterborne polyurethane, longifolenyl modified acrylate, methacrylic acid, a curing agent and trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate for reaction, adding an initiator to prepare a modified waterborne polyurethane emulsion, and irradiating the modified waterborne polyurethane emulsion with ultraviolet light to form the green high-performance waterborne polyurethane. The preparation method of longifolenyl acrylate modified waterborne polyurethane is simple, the steps are few, operation is easy, and the obtained product has good heat resistance, water resistance, mechanical property, hardness and solvent resistance, good mirror gloss and good adhesion, the pencil hardness reaches 2H, the tensile strength reaches 27.22 Mpa, the Tg reaches 34.3 DEG C, the water resistance is qualified, and no VOC is released.
