The invention discloses a RTV coating intelligent spraying robot for a post insulator for a transformer substation. A crawler-type electric trolley drives the spraying robot to transfer in the transformer substation, two semi-circular ring spraying devices are driven by Y-direction mechanical arms correspondingly and are arranged on an X-direction mechanical arm together, then a scissor fork typehydraulic platform is adopted for driving, so that movement and positioning relative to the post insulator in the horizontal and vertical directions are realized, three spray guns are arranged on eachsemi-circular ring spraying device, and are used for aligning with the column surface, the conical surface and the bottom surface of the insulator for cleaning, blow-drying and spraying operation, the two semi-circular ring spraying devices can realize 360-degree spraying of the post insulator together, the spraying height is changed through the scissor fork type lifting platform so that the outer surface of the whole insulator can be sprayed, meanwhile, a bulk material suction opening is formed in a protective cover on each semi-circular ring spraying device and is connected with a bulk material recovering device so that bulk materials generated in the spraying process can be recovered in time.
