The manufacturing method comprises the steps of manufacturing of the spring pipe, manufacturing of a strand rope and production of a finished rope. The steel wire rope has the energy-saving advantages that a pipe capable of conveniently providing signal transmission processing is provided, the pressure function of external objects on the steel wire rope can be greatly counteracted, the non-expectation change of the rope diameter is prevented, the weight of the steel rope can be reduced, and the function of the steel wire rope is achieved.The steel wire rope is long in service life; according to the manufacturing method, materials are saved.
