The invention discloses a high-ground-clearance variable spraying device coupling with environment factors. The high-ground-clearance variable spraying device comprises a high-ground-clearance spraying machine and a ground environment monitoring device and is characterized in that the high-ground-clearance spraying machine comprises an industrial personal computer (12) arranged on a traveling base, the industrial personal computer (12) is connected with a sprayer rotating mechanism, a spraying regulating mechanism, a two-dimensional laser scanner (7) and the ground environment monitoring device, the sprayer rotating mechanism controls the rotation direction of windproof sprayers (4), the spraying regulating mechanism controls the chemical spraying quantity and spraying speed of the windproof sprayers (4), the two-dimensional laser scanner (7) scans crop growth conditions, and the ground environment monitoring device monitors soil states, temperature, wind speed and wind direction in real time. The high-ground-clearance variable spraying device has the advantages that by the ground environment monitoring device capable of monitoring the soil states, temperature, wind speed and winddirection in real time and the two-dimensional laser scanner capable of scanning the crop growth conditions, the directions, chemical spraying quantity and spraying speed of the windproof sprayers canbe regulated in real time according to the environment factors so as to counteract wind force and achieve variable-quantity and variable-speed spraying, and accordingly the device can well adapt to environments, and chemicals can be utilized to the maximum extent.
