The device comprises a rotating vibration table, a multifunctional centrifuge tube treating device arrangedabove the rotating vibration table, a centrifugal machine, a centrifuge-tube opening and closing device and a centrifuge-tube transferring device, wherein the rotating vibration table comprises centrifuge-tube containing parts capable of containing centrifuge tubes, and is configured to be used for allowing the centrifuge-tube containing parts to horizontally vibrate and rotate around a vertical shaft; the multifunctional centrifuge tube treating device comprises multiple liftable treating parts, and the liftable treating parts are configured to get into or away through lifting and rotate to the centrifuge-tube containing parts below the liftable treating parts; the centrifugal machine can contain the centrifuge tubes; the centrifuge-tube opening and closing device is configured to be usedfor opening or closing the centrifuge tubes; the centrifuge-tube transferring device is configured to be used for transferring the centrifuge tubes between the centrifugal machine, the centrifuge-tube containing parts of the rotating vibration table and the centrifuge-tube opening and closing device. The device can automatically treat the polypeptide after solid-phase synthesis.
