The invention relates to a black starting path automatic optimizing method and system for a wind energy-photovoltaic energy storage isolated network; the method comprises the following steps of determining a firstly-started new energy power generation station according to the average active power output data of each new energy power generation station in the isolated network system; starting the firstly-started new energy power generation station; according to a pre-established starting path optimization model of the multiple new energy power generation stations, determining a self-starting path of each new energy power generation station by using an ant colony algorithm; and in the isolation network black starting process, carrying out wind power plant group and the photovoltaic power station group self starting based on small-capacity support sources in the wind power plant and the photovoltaic power station. According to the technical scheme, a plurality of wind power plants and thephotovoltaic power stations are started by recovering path optimizing in the local power network, so as to provide power support for the whole black starting process, so that the black starting efficiency can be effectively accelerated, and then the fault loss can be reduced.
