The invention relates to a high-strength high-elongation aramid-fiber-cored wire rope for conveyer belts and a production technique thereof. A core is made of aramid fiber cords; aramid fiber is of poly-p-phenylene terephthamide, is a novel high-tech synthetic fiber, has the good properties of ultrahigh strength, high modulus, tolerance to high temperature, tolerance to acids and bases, light weight and the like, has the strength 5-6 times as high as that of steel wires, has the modulus 2-3 times as high as that of steel wires or glass fiber, has the toughness twice as high as that of steel wires, has the weight about 1/5 of that of steel wires, and never decomposes or melts at the temperature of 560 DEG C. The high-strength high-elongation aramid-fiber-cored wire rope for conveyer belts has good insulation and aging resistance, and has a very long life cycle; with the aramid fiber core, the high-strength high-elongation aramid-fiber-cored wire rope for conveyer belts has higher elongation and smaller linear density than metal-cored wire ropes at the premise of gaining the same breaking force, rubber adhesive strength and rubber permeability when applied as conveyer belt wire ropes; the high-strength high-elongation aramid-fiber-cored wire rope for conveyer belts has high strength and allows conveyer belts to be more widely applicable.
