The method comprises the following steps of 1, temporary parent rearing, egg laying and germ cell collecting, wherein octopusparents are placed into a farm cement tank for temporary rearing till female and male parents are mated, and the female parents can lay eggs in a shield object; 2, setting parameters of an incubationdevice, wherein when female and male parents are mated, the incubation device is turned on for use, after the female parents lay eggs, long tweezers are used for taking out germ cells, and suspendingthe germ cells in the incubation device, the water temperature is set as natural water temperature +1 DEG C, oxygenation is performed, seawater is natural seawater, and incubation is performed in thedark environment; 3, germ cell management, wherein the germ cell development condition is observed regularly, seawater is replaced every two days, the water replacement amount is 100%, and the ammonia nitrogen content in water is smaller than 0.2 mg L<-1>. The adverse influence caused by exterior environment on octopus germ cell incubation is reduced, and therefore the germ cell incubation rate is greatly increased; accordingly, the requirement for factory-like and standardized cultivation of existing octopodidae animals is met.
