The invention relates to a pedal travel simulator (2) for a vehicle hydraulic power braking system. In order to be able to adapt said pedal travel simulator to different master brake cylinders and modify a spring load deflection curve, according to the invention, a stop (13) is pressed into a piston (6) of the pedal travel simulator (2). The depth of the pressed-in stop (13) limits a piston stroke.
