The invention provides a QLED device. The QLED device comprises an anode, a cathode and a laminated layer arranged between the anode and the cathode, wherein the laminated layer comprises an interfacemodification layer and an electronic functional layer which are laminated and combined, the interface modification layer is arranged between the electronic functional layer and the cathode, and the material of the interface modification layer is selected from at least one of fullerene lipid derivatives, fullerene alcohol derivatives, fullerene carboxylic acid derivatives, fullerene phosphate derivatives and fullerene cyano derivatives.
