The invention relates to a smart diagnosis guiding system based on Zigbee technology. The smart diagnosis guiding system comprises a plurality of ZigBee sensing monitoring units, a router, a coordinator, a cloud service terminal and a mobile terminal. The ZigBee sensing monitoring unit comprises a data acquisition module, a data converting module, a data processing module and a ZigBee communication module, wherein the data acquisition module, the data converting module, the data processing module and the ZigBee communication module are successively connected. The ZigBee sensing monitoring unitis arranged in each section office and transmits the acquired data to the cloud service end through the router and the coordinator successively. A user searches the real-time data of each section office through the mobile terminal and performs diagnosis appointment. The smart diagnosis guiding system can realize monitoring of the real-time data of each section office and controls a registering progress according to a flowrate condition.
