The invention discloses a power transmission channel expansion planning method considering uncertain factors and scene reduction. The method comprises the steps of carrying out multi-scene modeling according to the uncertain factors and the time sequence; preliminarily reducing the time sequence scene set by using an AP clustering algorithm; performing randomization processing on the reduced timesequence scene set by using LHS sampling; constructing a typical scene set which comprehensively considers the time sequence and the randomness, performing further scene reduction by utilizing an AP clustering algorithm to obtain a scene set for a power transmission planning model, establishing a power transmission channel double-layer planning model based on the reduced typical scene set, and performing model solving by combining a genetic algorithm to obtain a power transmission channel planning scheme. According to the present invention, the distributed power consumption capability can be effectively improved, and the economic benefit and the stability of the power transmission network are ensured.
