The invention discloses a shock absorption and noise reduction device for a large transformer, and the device comprises a device base, a mounting mechanism which is formed in a mounting space of the device base, and a shock absorption mechanism which is formed in the mounting space of the device base. The shock absorption mechanism is provided with a first shock absorption assembly, a second shockabsorption assembly and a third shock absorption assembly; the first shock absorption assembly is located at the lower part of the mounting mechanism and is used for reducing the shock of the transformer in the vertical direction; the second shock absorption assembly is located on the side face of the mounting mechanism and relieves the shock of the transformer in the first direction; and the third shock absorption assembly is located on the side face of the mounting mechanism and relieves the shock of the transformer in the second direction. The shock absorption assemblies are integrated inthe device, so the device can alleviate the shock from at least three directions, improves the shock absorption effect, and reduces the noise. Both the device base and a shock absorption mounting plate are of an arc-shaped structure, so the device can meet the requirements of various shock absorption assemblies for shock absorption directions. The structure is novel, and the construction requirement is met.
