The present invention discloses a wind-solar storage combined peak-shaving optimization method based on an improvement particle swarm algorithm. The method comprises the steps of: based on a PSASP data packet at an An' yang region, obtaining power station, transformer substation and load data of the An' yang region; establishing a peak-shaving optimization model for the An' yang region, considering the effect of the energy storage technology to establish an energy storage model, and adding a peak-shaving model to obtain a wind-solar storage combined peak-shaving model; performing MATLAB simulation by taking the load data, the wind-solar output data and the photovoltaic output data on a typical day at the An' yang region as examples, and employing an improvement particle swarm algorithm toperform solution. The simulation can obtain a good optimization result to show the effectiveness of the improvement particle swarm algorithm for solving the wind-solar storage combined peak-shaving model to have a certain guidance meaning on engineering practice. The wind-solar storage combined peak-shaving optimization method has good promotion values and application prospects.
