The present invention discloses a line loss allocation method based on a graph theory. The method comprises the steps of: determining the node number, the branch number, the number of generators and loads of a system and the flow direction of the whole system power; according to the power flow direction of each branch, listing a node-branch association matrix and a node output power association matrix; forming a load drawing factor matrix A; forming a generator power contribution factor matrix B; forming a load contribution factor matrix C and a load drawing factor matrix D; calculating a contribution factor matrix KlG of the generator for the line power and a contribution factor matrix KLG of the generator for the load power; calculating a drawing factor matrix KlL of the load for the line power and a drawing factor matrix KGL of the load for the generator power; determining the line loss allocation proportion at the generator side through the KlG; and determining the allocation proportion of the load for the line loss through the KlL. The line loss allocation method based on the graph theory can accurately obtain the power constitution of the line and the load according to the contribution factor matrixes and the drawing factor matrixes to reasonably allocate the line loss to the generator side and the corresponding load side.
