The invention discloses an electronic grounding hook, relates to a grounding system and method and particularly relates to an electronic grounding hook and a method thereof. The invention provides theelectronic grounding hook which is compact and reasonable in structure, stable in use performance and intelligent, simple and convenient in management and control. A grounding hook detection unit, amain processing chip and a wireless data transmission unit are all fixedly arranged on a grounding hook body; the grounding hook detection unit is connected with the main processing chip, is transmitted to a cloud platform through the wireless data transmission unit, and is communicated with a scheduling room; the grounding hook body comprises a hook, a pressing block, a screw rod, a grounding rodshell and a screwing holding handle; the grounding hook detection unit comprises an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Device) tag reading unit, a pressure sensor unit and a GPS (Global PositioningSystem) Beidou positioning unit; an RFID tag is pasted to a grounding loop which is fixedly connected with a cable; and the RFID tag reading unit is used for reading the RFID tag. The electronic grounding hook has the characteristics of being compact and reasonable in structure, stable in use performance and intelligent, simple and convenient in management and control, and the like.
