The invention relates to a thermal power plant steam pipeline real-time state information collection and risk prediction system, and belongs to the technical field of metal materials and automatic controlling. The system is characterized in that different sensors are installed on steam pipelines and each suspension frame of the pipelines, and the sensors are connected with a computer to collect and analyze the working conditions of the pipelines. The system has the advantages that the monitoring of the state of the steam pipelines is timely, rapid and visualized, the reliability and safety ofthe operation of units are greatly improved, and the economical performance of the units are greatly improved by feed forward control and state maintenance; the state of equipment is judged through astate monitoring means, an equipment characteristic evaluating means and a risk prediction means to recognize early signs of faults to make judgement on faulted parts, the level of the faulted parts and the fault developing trend, and therefore scientific reference bases are provided for state maintenance.
