The invention relates to a down-hole dustproof isolation device for a mine and belongs to the technical field of mining industry equipment. The dustproof isolation device comprises an isolation room arranged in a mine laneway, and an isolation space is formed in the isolation room; a room door is arranged on the isolation room; the isolation room is further provided with an air supply port and anair discharging port, and the air supply port is used for introducing fresh air from the ground to the isolation room; the air discharging port is used for discharging the contaminated air in the isolation room into the mine laneway. The isolation room is arranged in the mine laneway to form a relatively-sealed space, the fresh air from the ground is directly used by workers, and accordingly the workers in the mine laneway can frequently enter the isolation room for avoiding the threat of dust and poisonous and harmful gases.
