The invention relates to a deepening gradual change printing and dyeing method of a natural dye and a printed and dyed fabric. The deepening gradual change printing and dyeing method includes the steps of obtaining a pretreated fabric; performing screen printing on the pretreated fabric with a deepening resin sizing agent; dyeing the fabric obtained after screen printing with the natural dye, wherein the dyeing temperature is controlled to be 60-80 DEG C, and the dyeing time is controlled to be 0.5-2 hours; performing aftertreatment on the dyed fabric. By means of the printing method, a same-color deepening gradual change effect can be achieved through one-time screen printing with the sizing agent and dyeing with the natural dye, and the color fastness is good.
