The invention discloses a method for polymerizing a concrete polycarboxylate water reducer quasi-template. The method comprises the following steps: a, dissolving unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether inwater, and uniformly stirring; b, dissolving a molecular weight regulator and initiator in water, uniformly mixing, dropwise adding into the unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether aqueous solution with glycerol triacrylate to polymerize the unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether, constantly stirring until the mixture is completely dropwise added; and c, keeping stirring for a period, adding a sodium hydroxide solution, heating to cure and hydrolyze the sodium hydroxide. The polycarboxylate water reducer adopts glycerol triacrylate to replace acrylic acid to reduce early formed high-grafting-density polycarboxylate water reducer molecules, so that the grafting density of the water reducer is uniform, the molecular structure of the product is regular, effective ingredients are high, and a high water reduction rate can be obtained.
