The invention relates to a method for chlorination neutralization by using dimethylamine in sucralose production. The method includes the following steps that a sucralose chloride material is put intoa neutralization kettle, the temperature is reduced to 5-15 DEG C, dimethylamine is dropwise added for a neutralization reaction, and the mixture is neutralized until the pH value is 9-9.5; the pH value is adjusted to be 7.5 by using hydrochloric acid; the neutralized material is pumped into a neutralization and salt-pressing filter press, dimethylamine hydrochloride is filtered away, and the filter-pressed material is conveyed for neutralization, concentration and drying, and then is extracted and crystallized to obtain a sucralose-6-ethyl ester crude product; an aqueous phase obtained afterextraction and crystallization and the dimethylamine hydrochloride obtained after neutralization and salt-pressing are put into an alkaline hydrolysis kettle together, liquid alkali is added for an alkaline hydrolysis reaction, and dimethylamine is obtained and returns to the neutralization reaction for reutilization. The neutralization reaction is complete, few side reactions are generated, theyield of sucralose-6-ethyl ester is obviously increased, generation of ammonium chloride, sodium chloride carnallite and high ammonia-nitrogen wastewater in a traditional process is avoided, the dimethylamine can be repeatedly neutralized and utilized, and the production cost is reduced.
