The invention relates to a decision-making ontology modeling method based on an ontology OWL technology. Compared with the prior art, the defect that systematic analysis is not formed on an ontology module of a decision-making system is overcome. The method comprises the following steps: constructing information elements of a decision-making body; obtaining information elements of the decision-making body; establishing a metadata set of the decision ontology; constructing a decision ontology model. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing decision-making information elements, a decision-making representation content framework is established. Then, with a skeleton method of ontology construction as a guide, based on the reality of decision content elements, by reusing and expanding existing related ontology elements, a decision ontology metadata set containing concept classes, object attributes and data attributes is obtained through compiling. And the semantic relation between decision ontology elements is clear, and a foundation is established for ontology semantic knowledge storage and decision instantiation application.
