The invention provides a line induced electricity test platform and method. The line induced electricity test platform comprises multiple test units, a sensor and a voltage adding device, wherein eachtest unit comprises a base; the base is provided with an insulated supporting rod; the upper end of the insulated supporting rod is provided with an insulated cross arm; the upper end of the insulated cross arm is provided with a plurality of insulated supports; and an array is formed through the multiple test units, the insulated supports support wires, an induced line is formed, and through enabling the voltage adding device to provide energy for the induced line, the sensor detects parameters of the induced line. Through building the induced electricity test platform, a large amount of line induced electricity test data can be tested effectively, basic data are provided for developing an induced electricity suppression device, and the effects of the induced electricity suppression effects can also be checked.
