According to the provided bivalent inactivated vaccine used for treating mink parvovirus enteritis and hemorrhagic pneumonia and the preparation process thereof, the virus (stain) species of the vaccine include a mink parvovirus strain MEVB, a mink pseudomonas aeruginosa type-G DL15 strain, a type-B JL08 strain, a type-C WD01 strain, a type-I WF05 strain and a type-F DL03 strain which are common in China; the parvovirus enteritis strain and the pseudomonas aeruginosa strain which are used as antigens are separately inactivated by formaldehyde and then mixed in proportion after culture, and aluminum hydroxide glue is added into themixture in proportion to form the vaccine, wherein the immunization period of the vaccine is 6 months, and the immunity protection rate reaches 80% or above. The vaccine can be simultaneously used for preventing mink parvovirus enteritis and mink hemorrhagic pneumonia, reduce the immune workload of farmers and stress reaction of minks and have a good market application prospect.
