The invention discloses a diesel particulate filter with sectional electric heating and active uniform gas flow regeneration functions. The diesel particulate filter comprises a flow guide cone assembly, a front conical gas inlet pipe, a body, a rear conical gas inlet pipe, a power source and an electronic control unit. Exhaust gas flow passes through the flow guide cone assembly, and uniform gasflow is obtained and enters the three-section DPF. Particulate is adsorbed by a porous medium in the DPF, the heating power of an electric heating wire in the conical gas inlet pipe is controlled through an electronic control unit (ECU), and therefore regeneration of the DPF is achieved at the proper moment. By means of the overall structure, the exhaust gas flow can enter the DPF more uniformly,and sedimentation of carbon smoke pellets in the DPF is more uniform; by means of the three-section design, it is avoided that the DPF cracks due to heat stress concentration in the regeneration process, cleaning is convenient, the interval mileage of DPF regeneration is prolonged, and the service life of the DPF is prolonged.
