The device has the advantages that the surface drilled by the cutting blade isflat, and the completeness of an pole can be ensured under the situation that the conductive strip is cut; a positioning hole on the conductive strip cooperates with the central positioning protrusionto allow the rotary axis of the drilling bit to be coaxial with a positioning hole formed in the conductive strip, it is ensured that the part, located on the top of the battery pole, of the conductive strip can be accurately cut when the battery conductive strip dismantling device is operated, the remaining part of the conductive strip directly releases from the battery pole because battery poles are not connected, and therefore the efficient dismantling with low labor intensity of the conductive strip is achieved.
