The invention discloses application of waste blankets in manufacture of slippers. The application is characterized in that waste blankets are pretreated via the sequential steps of washing, drying, cooling, ironing, and disinfecting; the pretreated waste blankets are shaved with a shaving machine, and the shaved waste blankets are set through a setting machine; two layers of waste blanket are laminated through a laminating machine; the laminate is cut to obtain an upper and a liner laminated to each other; an upper edging band is sewn to opening sides of the upper and lining so that an upper assembly is formed; the waste blankets and sponge are cut to obtain a sole, and the edges are sewn; after the upper assembly is sewn to the sole, the edge of the sole is sewn with an upper edging band,and a sole panel is sewn to the bottom of the sole. The aero waste blankets are made into disposable slippers, so that the cost is greatly reduced; the disposable slippers made with the waste blankets have greatly improved; compared with original disposable slippers, the slippers herein are more durable and more attractive, cause low resource waste and meets the current environmental protection tendency.
